So as to protect our Drivers, Riders and the General Public we have imposed a ban on certain items or restricted carriage on our services. The restrictions imposed are a combination of Government Regulations and Law, and our own system limitations.
Listed below are the various categories of Banned and Restricted Commodities and is subject to change without notice.

C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) shipments*
Corpses, cremated or disinterred remains.
Currency of all kinds i.e. cash, coins, cheques, money orders etc.
Drugs and Narcotics (Illegal).
Dry Ice (including that used for packaging).
Electronic and Electrical Products and Spare Parts with active battery source.
Firearms, parts thereof and ammunition.
Foodstuffs/Perishable (Food and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control) *
Gambling Devices: Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by law.
Liquids & Semi-liquids*
Live animals and plants*
Money (Coins, Cash currency, Paper money and Negotiable Instruments.
Oversized packages (max. dimensions accepted: 32″x19″x19”) *
Philately Items.
Pornography of any kind
Postal Articles
Precious & Semi-Precious Items.
Radioactive Material.
Single package over 32 kgs. *
*Conditions Apply. Specific items could be transported as per prevailing Security/Operational norms.
Additionally:
Commodities banned by law at any given time and without prior notice.
Any item which would be likely to cause damage, or delay to equipment, personnel or other cargo.
Any cargo which may require the carrier to obtain a license for its transportation.
Any item whose carriage is prohibited by any law
