The RedPlate Transporter’s Rules.
He will transport anything legal, no questions asked, from Point A to Point B, always on time, and he is known as the best in the business. He strictly follows three rules when transporting: Rule #1: “No new deals, when it’s a deal, it’s a deal”, Rule #2: “No names..Unless requested”, and Rule #3: “Don’t open the package”.

Our RedPlate Concierge or Riders earn additional delivery fees, depending on the distance travelled and the time of day in which an order is taken. Concierge and Riders are not considered employees of RedPlate and work on a freelance basis, logging into the platform at their convenience. This allows you to generate additional income, in a flexible manner.

All Riders will go through a RedPlate Introduction and Familiarization session before joining the team as a RedPlate Transporter. The sessions will cover the role and responsibility of the RedPlate Transporter, how to use the RedPlate Smartphone and Application, customer service and expectations, and basic business skills among other things. All documents must be submitted and be approved by RedPlate in order to make the Rider Active as a Transporter.

Please note that once the RedPlate Smartphone and Application is assigned to a Transporter and vehicle it cannot be used by any other person, or used with another vehicle without the written approval of RedPlate. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the immediate termination and removal from the RedPlate System and platform.

Each RedPlate Concierge or Rider will be required to subscribe to the system and pay the first months followed by a weekly subscription fee.

Monthly and Fleet Subscribers will be required to subscribe to the system and pay the first month followed by a weekly/monthly subscription fee.

Virtual Wallet For Riders: RedPlate will be using Virtual Wallets for Riders to enable the collection of delivery fees and the payment of subscriptions and related service charges from the Riders.

RedPlate Smartphone: Under the RedPlate App Monthly and Fleet subscription plans each Rider/vehicle will be fitted with One (1) RedPlate Smartphone with a 24/7 Data and Call plan. Please note that the RedPlate Smartphones remain the property of the RedPlate Company and at no time does the ownership or rights transferred.

Favorite Riders: Customers can mark their Rider as favorite allowing them to add a preference for the Rider while placing subsequent delivery or pickup requests.

Payment Gateway: We have added the support of the Stripe Payment Gateway. Customers can pay for delivery or pickups and do cashless payments via debit and credit cards.

Cash Integration: Customers can pay for pickup and delivery via cash payments

Multiple Destination: Customers can book delivery or pickup with multiple destinations in a single ride.

Call Masking: Ability to mask calls to protect customers’ and Riders’ personal phone numbers from being exchanged and improve privacy.

Customer Verification & Approval: RedPlate is able to verify registered customers on the platform to improve security for Riders.

Customer Notes: Customers can add notes while placing a request and the Rider can view the notes before accepting the request.

Rider Emergency Mode: Riders can enable Emergency Mode to notify admin and the emergency contacts in case of any threat.

RedPlate Bickle & Marketplace Services: We have added RedPlate Bickle marketplace functionality in the platform. Merchants like Restaurants, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores, Florists can place delivery and pickup requests with the Rider. Customers can also place a custom order to request anything, anytime from anywhere. The request is inputted in a text box e.g. (Need medicine A from Shop X in Locality Z).

Scheduled Requests: Customers have the option to book the request in advance. Nearby Riders will get the request up to 30 min before the pickup time, with a special indicator for the scheduled request. On acceptance, the Rider will see the pickup time to pick the customer’s request. Customers can cancel the scheduled request any time before the Rider has been allocated for the request. However, they can also cancel if needed before the start of the ride.
Note: This feature does not guarantee the availability of Rider at all times, and availability depends on the supply conditions.

Manual Booking By Rider: We have added the ability for the Rider to book the request from the Rider app itself, by entering the details of the customer. The only payment mode available for such deliveries is “Cash”.

Multiple Service Requests To Rider: We have allowed Riders to configure the requests of different services they wish to receive. Services which a particular vehicle type can receive is decided by RedPlate.

Tips: Customers can give tips to Riders. Tips can be given after the request has been completed.
