- RedPlate Paigo is a private membership and subscription-based car sharing service providing automobile reservations to its members, billable by the hour or day so they only pay for only what they need or use.
- The service uses a Floating Time Agreement so the dates you can use your time-share are flexible.
- Drive around in a vehicle of your choosing without having to commit to it long-term.
- The peace of mind that comes with knowing your vehicle is insured and that maintenance costs will be taken care of.
- Swap out your set of wheels for a new one with little notice and for a relatively small fee.
- Reservations are on a first-come basis, since all owners likely have the same option.
- RedPlate Paigo at launch in 2021 will be offering a fleet of over 20 vehicles in three main markets – Kingston and St. Andrew, Mandeville, and Montego Bay.

- For your own security, we will give drivers a key for their car
- GPS trackers will be placed on all vehicles
- Customer Service will call at least once per week to ensure that you are happy with the car and service.
Team Training
To ensure members get the very best RedPlate Paigo experience all team members will be regularly trained in all aspects including but not limited to answering the phone, getting vehicles ready the right way, and any special prep work for the member as part of the service and other requirements.
A centralized phone number will be established for those unexpected but inevitable problems.
All team members undergo a background check and are clearly identifiable at all times.

- A one time annual non refundable onboarding membership fee, plus a monthly subscription fee that grants access to a range of vehicles.
- Subscriptions are month to month and can be cancelled at the end of each monthly subscription.
Monthly fee covers not only the use of your vehicle but also insurance, maintenance costs (will vary by plan), and roadside assistance. Fuel is not included.
