Your Transporter
All drivers go through a RedPlate Introduction and Familiarization session before joining the team as a RedPlate Transporter. The sessions cover the role and responsibility of the RedPlate Transporter to the passenger, how to use the RedPlate Smartphone and Application, customer service and expectations, and basic business skills among other things. All relevant documents must be submitted and be approved by RedPlate in order to make the Driver Active as a Transporter.

The RedPlate Transporter’s Rules.
The RedPlate Transporter will transport anything legal, no questions asked, from Point A to Point B, always on time, and is known as the best in the business.
The RedPlate Transporter strictly follows three rules when transporting:
Rule #1: “No new deals, when it’s a deal, it’s a deal”
Rule #2: “No names…Unless requested”, and
Rule #3: “Don’t open the package”.

RedPlate Transporter Route Taxi Service:
RedPlate will be offering two premium services in the Route Taxi sector islandwide. Fares applied are higher than regular route rates, offering greater levels of security, departure times, passenger service and experience.
RedPlate Premium Route…. From one fixed point to another at a fixed rate, on a time schedule and fixed number of passengers. Passengers CAN exit anywhere along the route, but the fare is the same.
RedPlate Premium Express Route…. From one fixed point to another at a fixed rate, on a time schedule and fixed number of passengers. Passengers CANNOT exit along the route.
