• Make your booking process a lot more convenient by creating an account that will save your personal information and trip details. So, the next time you want to make an online bus ticket booking through the App, you do not have to key in your information again. This as the app will display your data that was keyed in the last time and is now personalized to your liking.

Corporate and Business Accounts

• RedPlate Bus will also provide companies and their employees with better mobility options with the creation of special Corporate and Business Accounts. Give us a call or send an email to discuss further.

RedPlate Bus Cancellation Policy (Subject to change)

• Tickets are valid for up to six (6) months after purchase date.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-reroutable.

• Passengers are allowed one (1) bag not exceeding 50lbs.

•  All tickets are issued on your smartphone along with a confirmation email. This is to be shown to the RedPlate Bus Transporter on entering the Bus.

With the App you can 

• Enter your pickup and drop off hub locations.
  
  
• View multiple routes available for the pickup and destination location.
  
  
• Find and book your premium RedPlate bus tickets. Thanks to our growing routes and filtering features, you’ll be able to find the best routes and fares easily.

Choose and reserve your seat(s)

• Once the route is selected, the next screen will ask you to choose the preferred time slot for the journey. You then have the ability to view seat availability and choose a preferred seat from the available ones.

   

• You can also book and see your upcoming or completed rides from your ride history tab in the side menu.
