With your RedPlate Rides App you can:

Enter pickup and drop off locations manually or by dropping a pin on the map, with the Drop off location reflected on the Transporter’s application. You can also add your favourite locations and can mark them as pickup locations.
View your fare estimate (fares are calculated on a base fare plus per km rate.)
View the additional surge pricing, if applicable.
View the ETA (estimated time of arrival) for the nearest driver.
Place instant requests.
View actual fare at the end of the ride (fares are calculated on a base fare plus per km rate.)
Schedule Rides: You can schedule a ride in advance for a later date and time.
Tip- Ability to pay additional tip to the Transporter
Tip can be paid to the Transporter in an ongoing ride or once the ride has been completed.
In case you choose to add a tip in an ongoing ride, the tip amount will be charged at the end of the ride along with the trip amount and the same will be added in the invoice emails.
In case you choose to add a tip post ride completion, the tip amount will be separately charged but it will not be included in the invoice email.
